Introduction to Pilates: A must for new participants. Specially designed course to teach and discuss the principals of the Pilates technique such as core stability, postural alignment, control, isolation and breathing. Then you can go on to enjoy and perform Pilates safely and effectively.
Beginners Progressive Classes A great programme for those relatively new to Pilates, guiding you progressively more challenging movements to develop deep postural muscles and all-round strength and flexibility

Progressive Intermediate Classes Teaching you to use the movements learnt in a multi dimensional way. Challenging you both physically and mentally at higher levels. With the option of returning to lower level if necessary.
For Beginners-Progressive and Progressive- Intermediate Mat Classes include the use of small equipment designed by Joseph Pilates
Class fees in some venues are on a termly basis and some by individul classes.
Term fees vary (depending on duration of school term) £32-£48.00

All Classes need to book in advance.
Beginners must complete an introduction to Pilates before joining a beginner class. These are scheduled when places become available. |
