| NB:
Central England Pilates provides a rehabilitation clinic
at a private Studio in Kenilworth. The big
advantage of Pilates conditioning is that those with
physical injury can still exercise. Many osteopaths and
physical therapists recommend Pilates to help
rehabilitate those suffering with pelvic, low back and
joint problems, arthritis, osteoporosis, those over the
age of 50 who may not have exercised for some time and
athletes who wish to improve their sporting performance. |
