Reformer Workout
A progressive resistance workout that uses spring tension helping to build a more functional strength unlike other forms of conventional exercise. Rebalancing muscle strength and flexibility especially around joints that are damaged or hyper-mobile without causing pain. Ideal for those suffering from spinal compression or trunk instability or want to create equilibrium in the body
The spine Corrector 
Commonly known as the barrel its main application is to support and correct imbalances in the spine such as kyphosis and scoliosis. Helping to stretch out tight muscles in the chest, shoulders spine and hips helping to alleviate pain and stiffness in the body.
Wunda Chair Excellent for developing control, strength and range of movement in the hip and knee joints, helping to correct misalignment in ankles, knees and feet
Pilates in Pregnancy
Allow 45 minutes £15.00-20.00
Ideal throughout pregnancy, helping to strengthen the body and support the pregnancy, improves breathing, stamina and well-being. Reduces back pain and tension, wear and tear on the joints, cramps or varicose veins. Aids labour and childbirth and speeds recovery.
